I beat my personal best by 12 seconds but am led to believe the run was longer then a 5K (I run with a GPS folks)!
500M Swim = 11:01, 12M Bike = 40:28, 5K run (believe it was 3.5Miles) = 36:39

Another Tri
Some friends and I did another tri this weekend! Since my sister has moved away, some friends having babies I was on the quest for a new training partner. A mom of a friend of Jack's was my prey, I mean willing participant. She completed her first tri this weekend with us and did great! I am so proud of her and hate that she looks so cute post workout.

Congratulations girl! You amaze me each time you do one of these. Your hard work pays off everytime you beat your existing time. Such a cute pictures of you ladies!
